- WhatsApp Contact for real-time itinerary updates.
- Pickup & Drop-off locations (NJP/Bagdogra/Alipurduar).
- Specific Travel Dates and Group Composition.
3. Data Utilization
Your data never leaves our secure ecosystem except for:
- Applying for Restricted Area Permits (North Sikkim/Nathula Pass).
- Booking verified hotels and local homestays.
- Coordinating with our verified fleet pilots (Drivers).
- GST compliance and transparent billing.
4. Zero Spam Policy
We loathe spam as much as you do. Make A Journey guarantees that your contact number or email will never be sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketing agencies.
5. Data Security
All sensitive documents (IDs/Photos) are stored on encrypted cloud servers and are permanently deleted from our temporary records after the completion of your journey and permit audit period.
