These terms govern your relationship with Make A Journey. By booking our curated services, you acknowledge and agree to the following professional guidelines.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are officially secured only upon receipt of the specified advance payment. Final confirmation is subject to the real-time availability of premium hotel rooms, private transport, and government-authorized permits.

2. Government Permits & IDs

For protected border zones (e.g. Nathula Pass, North Sikkim, Bhutan), travelers must provide valid Govt. IDs and passport-size photos within our requested timeline. Make A Journey is not liable for permit rejections due to late or invalid document submissions.

3. Itinerary Flexibility

Safety is our priority. We reserve the right to modify routes or timings for your well-being. Reasons for adjustments may include:

Road Blocks / Landslides

Local Govt. Restrictions

4. Accommodation & Transport

In the event of room unavailability at a selected hotel, we provide an upgrade or equivalent alternative within the same luxury category. Private vehicles follow a point-to-point itinerary and are not available for “disposal” use unless pre-authorized.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

Make A Journey acts as a professional organizer and is not liable for personal accidents, health emergencies, or disruptions caused by uncontrollable external events like strikes, political unrest, or natural disasters.
